Structure
Doors have several layers of strength.
Solid core doors have block board core of wood strips laid edge to edge and bonded with cross-bands and face veneer on both sides.
Timber used is sterilized, chemically treated and kiln seasoned.
Also, stressed-skin honey comb doors are available.
These are available in a wide range of veneer facings like teakwood, mahogany, maple or high pressure laminates like Formica®, Greenlam®,Merino®, etc.
Architectural Range
Kuttys’ TORINA, TANJORE ART and TORINA-PENTA are the best alternative facia to conventional carpenter – made designs of varying qualities.
Solutions for Toilets and baths
KUTTY COAT® doors have a heat-activated thermo set liquidized special phenolic resin, which is made by a unique post-manufacturing process. This make them water and moisture resistant, thus the flush doors designed by us are widely used in bathrooms.
Our doors are strong, possess high dimensional stability, made with boiling-water-proof adhesive and are borer and termite resistant. These doors available in varied thicknesses are easy to install and require minimum maintenance. The thicknesses available include 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 (mm). In order to satisfy customers’ requirement, our doors are also available in customized sizes.
MOQ: In standard sizes and thicknesses, just one number will do. If the sizes are non-standard, the minimum quantity of an order will be ten numbers
